End Of The Road At Age 39…

It works like a TRAITOR – insidiously wraps its arms around you and blows you suddenly.

More often than not, big time - STROKE.

I can still vividly remember what happened one day when I was at the emergency room.

A patient was suddenly rushed by his relatives because they cannot wake him up and he was snoring heavily.

Me and my team attended to him rapidly and upon examination, it was clear cut that he suffered from STROKE.

Blood pressure reading was 220/120 and his pupils were already dilated.

The relatives were not able to determine what time he was last seen awake.

We did a CT scan of the brain and the definitive confirmation came.

There was MASSIVE BLEEDING all over the brain.

Just as we were about to call the Neurosurgeon, he began to deteriorate. Despite our aggressive efforts to save him, it was too late.

To make the long story short, he left his relatives without even saying goodbye.

At the age of 39.

Too young.

Gone too soon.

I talked to one of the relatives and discovered that he was a very busy person.Working night shift almost the whole week and with very few hours of sleep daily.

I also got the information that he had problem with his blood pressure since after he started working on night shift straight for 5 years.

The relatives knew that he had been visiting his doctor occasionally but they were not sure if he was able to follow his doctor’s advice or if he was taking his medications regularly.

Then all of a sudden, this accident JUST HAPPENED, without anyone expecting.

I know somehow that you are aware of someone who had suffered this very same scenario.

They might be your friend or your relative or a very close loved one.

And I totally understand how hurtful it is to accept the reality of losing a person you love too soon.

Please do not take your high blood pressure for granted.

It works like a TRAITOR – insidiously wraps its arms around you and blows you suddenly BIG TIME.

Do not wait until it gets worse.

You still have time to get it right.

Even if it is not you; if ever you know a friend or someone you love and you want to help them, please do them a favor before it is too late.

Share Tabachoy Academy to them and let them learn to be accountable for their health.

Time is still in your hands.

There is always time for the people you love.
